Early Child Development Technology

Program Description
The Early Child Development Technology (ECDT) program is designed to provide childcare workers with the knowledge and skills to meet the physical, mental, social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children.  Upon completion of the program, graduates will be eligible for employment as day care center operators, child care teachers, and kindergarten or elementary classroom aides.  The AAS Degree in ECDT meets the requirement for employment as an instructor in state and/or federally funded child care programs.

Admission Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.
