Construction Projects Beginning On or About October 4, 2005
  1. Phase I, The Commons: The renovated space will house the bookstore, a vending area, and an eating area. The timeline for this project is 90 days from start of construction which will begin on October 4. 
  2. Phase II, College Hall North: Some of this construction will begin right away.  The entire building will become known as the Student Services Building.  All functions relating to student services such as admissions, counseling, data entry, and financial aid will be serviced in this area.  Student Services is currently stationed in the Technology Center South Building.  The timeline for the project is 180 days from start of construction.
  3. Phase III, The Business Services Building: All business functions such as payroll, personnel, accounts payable, purchasing, student accounts, cashiering will move from the current Administration Building in to this site.  The construction of this building will be simultaneous with the other two projects.  The timeline for the project is 240 days from start of construction.

During this time frame, as workers come and go and supplies for the jobs are onsite, some parking areas will be off limits to students and employees.  Please be kind about all mess that goes along with all of this. The workdays for them usually begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. 

We have had to make a change in the location of the vending machines due to electrical issues. A chip and a coke machine have been placed near the bathrooms in TCS. A chip and a coke machine will soon be placed near the bathrooms in TCN.
