Nursing care of clients with hematological, cancer-related, and acute medical and surgical diseases are incorporated. Basic critical and emergency care, high risk prenatal care, obstetrical complications are included. Crisis intervention, along with acute and serious psychiatric disorders is incorporated. This course also explores legal, ethical, and social issues related to the practice of nursing. Role definition, current and future trends and concepts of leadership and management are incorporated. | |
