All Student Grades are in WebAdvisor
NOTE: In order to save tax dollars and encourage students to use WebAdvisor, Southeast Arkansas College will no longer mail grades to each student at the end of each semester. Students are expected to utilize WebAdvisor to access their grades. For more information on WebAdvisor, see the link called WebAdvisor Instructions and Help Resource at the bottom of this page.

STEPS TO ACCESS YOUR GRADES IN WEB ADVISOR

  1. Click on the WebAdvisor link under the “Other” listing.
  2. Click on the “Check your WebAdvisor User Name” link on the left of the WebAdvisor Home Page.
  3. Type your last name in the blank field and click on “Submit”.
  4. Find your name on the list and write down your “User Name”.
  5. Click on the back button two times.
  6. If your user name is not listed, please call the IS department at 870-543-5998 to have your account activated.
  7. The default password or PIN of all users is their 6-digit birthday. For example, if Joe Smith was born on July 1, 1960, then his PIN would be 070160.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Go to WebAdvisor” which will take you to the login page where you will click on “login”.
  9. Enter your User Name and your Password and click on Submit.
  10. If you are a first time user, you will need to enter your User Name and Password (your 6-digit birthday) again.  You will then enter a New Password two times following the requirements at the top of the page.  You may enter a hint to help you remember your new password.  If for any reason, you forget your password please contact the IS department at 870-543-5998.
  11. Click on Submit.
  12. You are now logged in.  Click on “Students” which will give you access to the student links.
  13. To access your grades click on “Grades” under Academic Profile.
  14. Select the present term, click on Submit and your grades will be displayed.
  15. There are many selections in WebAdvisor for information concerning your enrollment at SEARK.  Please access the different links to see what information and utilities are available including: registration on-line, account information, program evaluation, financial aid, transcript request, etc.
